Do you do emergency calls?
Yes — 24/7 on heating and gas, daytime on plumbing unless it's flooding actively. Same hourly rate, no separate emergency surcharge.
Do you take commercial accounts?
Yes. Restaurants, multi-unit residential, light industrial. We do maintenance agreements with scheduled service visits.
Are you licensed for gas?
Both Rene and the senior tech are licensed gas fitters in addition to journeyman plumbing tickets. Permits pulled for every gas job, no exceptions.
What’s the warranty?
Manufacturer warranties on parts (5–10 yr standard on furnaces / boilers / water heaters). We add 2 years of workmanship warranty in writing.
How do you handle quotes?
In-home diagnostic is $95 and is credited toward any work done. Quote is written, itemized, good for 30 days.
